		<description>It&#039;s a good idea. Google is doing something that can address the loading issue though by hosting most of the common libraries. And I don&#039;t think they would hesitate adding other libraries if people ask for it.

A first tiny step would be writing the mentioned FireFox extension, allow it to be configurable and let the user point it to the right set of files. And the development process would be much faster since all the loading just disappears.
This extension could even magically check for updates and update it&#039;s cached version.
